Waiting time:
Waiting time pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time describe on the run sheet for pick up at residence or office building etc., if passenger fails to show up with in grace period, he will be charged $11.25 per 15 minute increment form the scheduled time, Atlas limousine grants 45 minute grace waiting period after the reported domestic flight arrival time and 1 hour grace waiting period after the reported international flight arrival time.

Early Morning & Late Night fee:
All rates are valid between 05:30AM till 10:00PM. Early morning and late night fee will be $10 to $25 depends on pick up location and time.In case of flight delay later than 10:00 PM late night charges will apply.

No Show Policy:
A no show fee equal to the trip cost plus 20% gratuity including applicable waiting time will be charge when the passenger fails to show at the designated location.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For Sedan & SUV
Cancellation must be made 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the trip. Cancellation less than 3 hours before scheduled time will be 100% charge.

For Limo and Bus:
For Limo and Bus reservations the deposit amount is not refundable and the cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the trip. Cancellation less than 72 hours before scheduled time will be 100% charge.
 Company reserves the right to cancel the reservation at any time if the operating conditions are not suitable.
